  • Yes, based on Federal Law regulations, it is mandatory for you to settle the complete amount due to the driver for the release of your vehicle. Failure to comply empowers the driver to retain possession of your vehicle(s) until full payment is made.

  • According to the Department of Transportation, you are permitted to have up to 100 pounds of cargo in the vehicle. All cargo must be secured, below the window level, and in the rear or trunk of the car, nothing behind the driver's seat.

  • Your car is insured while on the trailer. The carrier's insurance covers at least $100,000. Your vehicle's contents are not covered. Do not leave valuables in your car during transport.

  • When setting up the order, pick someone 18+ to meet the driver for pickup and delivery. Both pickup and delivery contacts must sign the vehicle inspection report.

  • A bill of lading (commonly known as BoL) serves as a crucial document provided by a carrier or their representative to confirm the acceptance of goods for delivery. Essentially, it functions as a detailed vehicle inspection report, noting any existing damages during vehicle pickup and recording any new damages that may occur during the transportation process until final delivery.
